What You'll Do

  • Lead Residential Procurement: Manage all purchasing activities for residential construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive pricing for residential materials.
  • Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage project budgets, validate pricing, and ensure alignment with estimating and purchasing figures.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing purchasing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Implement best practices in procurement, leveraging technology and data to streamline operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Residential Construction Expertise: Proven experience in purchasing for homebuilding projects.

  • Proficiency in construction management software (experience with Mark Systems or similar platforms is a plus).
