Position: Purchase Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records in the procurement system.
- Monitor order status, follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain supplier files and update the approved vendor list.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements and specifications.
- Track inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
