*Job Summary:*We are seeking an experienced and skilled Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring goods, materials, and services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.*Key Responsibilities:*1. Source and procure goods, materials, and services from suppliers.2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.3. Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, including invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.5. Monitor and report on supplier performance.6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met.9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.11. Cordinating with Transporter for deliver the material on time.*Requirements:*1. Bachelor's degree in Field or related field.2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.7. Knowledge of procurement software and systems.Salary range between 25k to 35k having Knowledge of SAP B1.
