Job Description

  • Responsible for all procurement operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
  • Ensures quality is provided at the lowest possible price taking advantage of discounts
  • Ensure food and beverage items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition.
  • Perform all deliveries and transfers between branches.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers.
  • Tracking of product cost savings for progressive reporting and analysis.
  • Facilitates removal of dead stock items from warehouse and conduct new/existing product evaluations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant procurement and vendor management experience in the F&B (Restaurants)
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Excellent Excel Skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
