We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Officer to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineer with solid experience in procurement within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, supplier agreements, and contracts.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a strong vendor network.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Follow company procurement procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer in UAE contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7.00 - AED10.00 per month
