Purchasing Representative

The Role:

We’re looking for a Purchasing Responsible to manage purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and contract compliance within our portfolio. You’ll report to the Purchasing Manager and play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement, improving supplier quality, and supporting cross-department collaboration and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Foster site compliance regarding purchasing strategy and procedures, Purchasing’s Internal Controls Reference Framework [ICRF], Gift Policy and Responsible Purchasing Programme.
• Supplier contract processes are managed according to company procedures.
• Improvements in the product and service quality of current suppliers are supported.
• Effective communication between suppliers and related departments is ensured, and regular feedback and documentation are provided.
• Cooperation between departments is encouraged to create synergy and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Regular reports on purchasing processes are prepared.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Preferably a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry
• Good level of English
• Experience with SAP (MM, PP modules)
• High Level of Microsoft Excel proficiency and reporting skills
• Customer-focused, strong communication skills and focused on achieving results
