Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required for company operations while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
  • Request and compare quotations to secure the best pricing and terms
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
  • Resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of local and international suppliers is an advantage
