Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Prepare accurate periodic reports of orders, purchases, and supplier performance.
  • Regularly update the supplier database and contribute to supplier evaluations to ensure quality and continuity.
  • Submit purchase requests on systems or via official email.
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure required materials and supplies are available on time without delay.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the event management industry.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
