NCS is currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our incredible team. Responsibilities include taking care of all daily purchasing activities, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Daily purchasing activities.
• Manage supplier relations, contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintain contract and BAA database.
• Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with locations and departments to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Ensure all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Work to improve purchasing systems and processes.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of purchasing experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
