to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing suppliers, materials, and equipment.

Request quotations, analyze prices, and prepare comparison sheets.

Support in negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.

Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of documentation.
-
Follow up on deliveries and update purchasing trackers.
-
Maintain supplier databases and proper purchasing records.
-
Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.
-
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
