Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients a Purchasing Specialis t to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, materials, and equipment.
  • Request quotations, analyze prices, and prepare comparison sheets.
  • Support in negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Follow up on deliveries and update purchasing trackers.
  • Maintain supplier databases and proper purchasing records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
