Purchasing Agent – Full Time (40 Hours/Week)

We are hiring a Purchasing Agent who will work closely with multiple vendors and our sales team to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient purchasing for our branch. Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders with multiple vendors
• Maintain accurate pricing, stock levels, and product information
• Communicate daily with vendors and internal salespeople
• Monitor inventory, lead times, and backorders
• Assist with product sourcing and vendor coordination
• Support the branch with purchasing needs and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Previous purchasing experience required
• Experience working with multiple vendors and sales teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• NetSuite experience is a major plus
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and email

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
