Job Overview:

MYMSA is looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end purchasing process.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms.
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and procurement needs.
  • Ensure quality compliance of purchased materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems & MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
