What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Purchasing Specialist - Beauty & Cosmetics , you’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring our shelves are stocked with the right products at the right time without overstock or stockouts. You’ll manage relationships, analyze trends, and support our team in offering customers the best of beauty.

• Create and manage accurate purchase orders with suppliers
• Track shipments and resolve fulfillment or quality issues quickly
• Keep the communication flowing between vendors and internal teams
• Work closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to keep stock levels just right
• Forecast demand using sales data, seasonal trends, and promotional calendars
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits for accuracy
• Assist in curating product assortments that reflect market trends and customer preferences
• Ensure product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) are accurate and up to date
• Provide insight into category strategy and consumer demand
• Coordinate with logistics for cost-effective, timely product delivery
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure seamless customs clearance
• Resolve any supply chain hiccups from delays to damage
• Monitor vendor KPIs: delivery times, quality, responsiveness
• Maintain purchasing and inventory reports and share recommendations for improvement
• Ensure suppliers meet agreed SLAs and product quality standards
• Keep tabs on market trends, ingredients, packaging innovations, and emerging brands
• Analyze competitor offerings and adjust strategies accordingly
• Suggest new products that align with customer needs and brand direction

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement only in Beauty & Cosmetics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, stock control, and market research
• Customer-first mindset with excellent organization and cross-functional coordination
