This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

• Assists Director in controlling purchasing functions of the hotel to ensure that the highest quality product is purchased at the best possible price. Maintains storerooms and inventories at appropriate levels.
