Purchasing Supervisor (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the purchasing team and oversee all procurement operations.
• Source approved suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services.
• Review purchase requests and issue purchase orders with accuracy and speed.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with warehouse & production teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO).
• Track shipments, manage import orders, and coordinate logistics.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and purchase forecasts.
• Improve procurement procedures, workflows, and vendor database.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a production factory.
• Previous experience supervising a team is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE market suppliers and international sourcing.
• ERP and MS Excel proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
