Purchasing Team Leader

As a senior Purchaser you will develops and implements the procurement strategy for the organization, aligning it with the business goals and objectives. Analyze the market trends, demand, and supply, and identify the best sources and suppliers for the required goods and services. And negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with the vendors, and monitor their performance and compliance.

Key Responsibility

• Manage procurement cycle from IPR review to LPO issuance.
• Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and achieve cost savings.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Manage procurement workflows in ERP and prepare comparison reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and business units to align procurement activities.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and LPO issuance.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Supplier onboarding, evaluation, and classification.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
