Electric Art, Inc. is an electrical contractor that specializes in the new construction of multi-residential buildings in Southern California. For almost 20 years, Electric Art has provided outstanding electrical work to residential general contractors.

We are looking for an organized Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will handle all purchasing from multiple suppliers for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will negotiate product pricing, freight cost, payment and delivery terms with suppliers.

Place orders with suppliers for electrical materials and construction materials.

Monitor vendor quality and on time delivery.

Coordinate new orders with suppliers and with the field team.

Work closely with the field team regarding material/equipment needs, timing and delivery dates.

Requirements

No puchasing experience is neccessary. Must be good with Microsoft Excel and knowing how to work with pivot tables is a big plus.

1 year of purchasing.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute to the office and to the job sites occassionally.

Language:

• English and Spanish is a plus.

Work Location: In the office in Monterey Park, CA.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
