We are currently looking for a dedicated Purchasing & Inventory Manager to manage and control the purchasing and stock of spare parts, consumables, and materials required for our workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing of spare parts, materials, and consumables for workshop needs.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations, and supplier information.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory for ongoing and upcoming jobs.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the workshop and service advisors to ensure required parts are available.
• Organize and maintain the store area in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Prepare purchase orders, goods received notes, and inventory reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in purchasing and inventory control within an automotive workshop or spare parts company.
• Good knowledge of auto parts, consumables, and workshop materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with other departments.
