PV/ESSSolution Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Training Solar customers on existing and new product features and applications
• Support Project pre-sales requirements such as reviewing PV strings design, SLD revisions, layout revisions and etc.. and propose suitable solutions
• Sungrow Products approvals and registration in CA Grid authorities with clear understanding of regulations
• Support sales team in customers' meetings & project discussions
• Supports Marketing promotion events
• Perform market and competition analysis
• Address product issues and requirements for product development
• Pre and Post tendering support like RFQ summary note release, Clarification and deviation preparation

Education

• Energy/Electrical &Electronics/ Engineering bachelor’s degree

Experience

• 5+ years Technical Solution Engineer in PV utility & Battery storage design
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in overall
• Experience in the Auto CAD, PVsyst , Costing will be added additional consideration
• Experience in MV protection scheme, SCDA, Transformer will be required

Skills

• Excellent English with strong communication skills and customer awareness
• Specification reading and compliance preparation
• Tender documents review and technical preparation
• Knowledge of string & central inverter and skid configuration, Battery system
• Writing the clarification and technical offer preparation as per the EPC or developer RFQ documents
