Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, Law from top tier universities
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Ethics and Compliance and Investigations
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• A master’s degree in relevant discipline is a plus
• Accounting knowledge is an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
• Previous experience in ethics and compliance investigations, forensic accounting is a plus
• SMMM, CFE, CIA or similar certifications are preferred

Job Description :

• Determining client needs and clearly communicate information about how the Firm can meet those needs
• Performing ethics and compliance reviews, corporate intelligence researches and also undertaking fraud investigations, performing fraud risk assessments
• Managing day-to-day team and client relationships effectively
• Documenting processes and identifying improvements and gaps against relevant policies and regulations
• Producing reporting materials and coordinating updates with a can-do attitude
• Performing the delegated business development and marketing activities in a creative and practical manner
