Python AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and machine learning solutions using Python. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI applications that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop & deploy AI/ML solutions: Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python.
• Data processing & feature engineering: Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to support model training.
• Model integration & APIs: Integrate AI models into production applications and build RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Performance optimization: Enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for production workloads.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (data science, backend, DevOps) to deliver AI capabilities that align with business needs.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy models in cloud or on-prem environments and monitor performance, model drift, and reliability.
• Research & innovation: Stay updated on AI/ML trends, experiment with new techniques, and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Python programming: Extensive experience building production-ready solutions.
• AI/ML libraries & frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, etc.
• Data tools: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn for data analysis.
• APIs & frameworks: Familiarity with Flask, FastAPI or similar for serving ML models.
• Model deployment: Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD practices.
• Software engineering: Version control (Git), testing, code quality, and documentation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience building AI/ML systems with Python (varies by seniority).
