Python AI/ML Engineer

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Model Town K Block)

We are seeking a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer with excellent English communication skills to join our team. You will design, architect, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes. The role involves working on goal-oriented agents that go beyond content generation to act as true digital business operators—capable of complex reasoning, multi-step workflow execution, and autonomous decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Development

• Design and implement production-ready multi-agent systems using advanced orchestration frameworks.
• Build autonomous agents that can sense business context, plan workflows, execute tasks, and optimize based on outcomes.
• Develop agent-to-agent communication protocols and coordination strategies.
• Create scalable, maintainable agent architectures for complex business automation.

Technical Skills – Must Have

• Programming: Expert-level Python for AI/ML applications
• AI Frameworks: Deep expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent orchestration platforms
• Data Science: Ability to analyze complex datasets to extract insights using statistical modeling, ML, and visualization techniques
• Computer Vision: Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing models for object detection, image classification, and video analysis
• LLM Integration: Advanced experience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled in prompt design and optimization for complex agent behavior
• Vector Systems: Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar vector databases and embedding systems
• DevOps & Cloud: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation, security best practices, and deployment on AWS (microservices), GCP, and Azure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, AI/ML engineering, and system development
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science and Computer Vision with cutting-edge frameworks
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP)
• Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
• Demonstrated technical leadership on complex software projects

Agreement

The employee commits to working with the company for a minimum period of 1–2 years from the date of joining.
