AI Automation Developer (5 Years Experience)

Location: Lahore (On-site / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 170,000 – 250,000 per month (depending on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience in building intelligent automation workflows, integrating AI tools, and driving digital transformation through technology.

This is a key role for someone who can design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation systems, combining machine learning, RPA, and API integration to optimize business processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate AI / ML models (NLP, vision, predictive analytics) into existing systems.
• Build, deploy, and manage RPA bots (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
• Develop secure and scalable API connections between platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Implement LLM integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases) for intelligent decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and performance improvements.
• Document workflows, maintain repositories, and ensure adherence to AI & data governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / AI / Data Science / Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation development or AI integration.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
• Expertise in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT or Anthropic Claude.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and data processing pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
