Python Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating efficient, scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust applications that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires proficiency in Python and familiarity with various web technologies and frameworks.

Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain version control using Git and collaborate on projects via GitHub.
• Work with databases such as MySQL and SQL for data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure application security through RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or React Express.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure for application deployment.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles for effective communication between services.
• Understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript for seamless integration.
• Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile practices.
• Proficient in using version control systems like Git and SVN for code management.
• Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL and SQL for data handling.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems for application deployment and management.
• Understanding of application development concepts across languages such as C#, C++, Java, VBA, etc.

Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
