Python Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying ML models—particularly in the field of object detection and image processing—while writing efficient Python code for automation and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and maintain computer vision models using frameworks such as YOLO, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for data preprocessing, image augmentation, and feature extraction.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Work with structured and unstructured image/video datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Implement APIs or backend integrations to serve ML models in real-time applications.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing algorithms for improved accuracy and inference performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and computer vision technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Python development and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Practical experience with YOLO (v5/v7/v8) or other object detection frameworks.
• Proficiency with ML and CV libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience in data visualization using Matplotlib or Seaborn.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning, image classification, object detection, or video analytics projects.
• Understanding of MLOps pipelines, Flask/FastAPI model deployment, and Docker-based environments.
• Exposure to NLP or edge AI implementations is a bonus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
