We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, and experience working on real-world projects involving data processing, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms for business and technical applications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive or classification models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems or products.
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI and deep learning techniques, including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Document processes, methodologies, and technical specifications for reproducibility and future reference.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in AI, ML, or data-driven projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and OpenCV.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) and SQL/noSQL databases.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques is a plus.
• Experience with model deployment using Flask, FastAPI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with an eagerness to learn new technologies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
