Sr AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks, along with the ability to guide junior engineers and contribute to the overall AI strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, training, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Work on complex AI projects including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance and ensure production-grade deployments.
• Develop and maintain APIs and services for AI/ML integration into applications.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI and deep learning.
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers and developers.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy, and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Proven experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in MLOps practices and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Knowledge of big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Contributions to AI research papers, open-source projects, or patents is a plus.
