About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that support business automation, analytics, and product innovation. The ideal candidate is strong in Python fundamentals, data handling, and modern AI frameworks, and enjoys solving real-world problems with scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Build, train, and optimize AI / Machine Learning models for business use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to derive insights and predictions.
• Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Python ecosystem trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning concepts and workflows.
• Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend integration.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• Ability to handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or MLOps practices.
• Exposure to real-time data or large-scale systems.
• Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
