We are seeking a passionate Python Developer with experience in AI services, agentic AI systems, and backend development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Work on agentic AI systems – autonomous agents, workflows, and integrations with AI models.
• Implement, test, and deploy AI-powered features (LLMs, NLP, Generative AI).
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate ML/AI models into production-ready systems.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of backend applications.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Stay updated with the latest AI and Python ecosystem trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development (backend & APIs).
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with AI services, agentic AI frameworks, or LLM integration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, RAG, etc.).
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Hands-on experience in agent-based AI systems or autonomous AI workflows.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
