About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer (AI/ML) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, strong English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role focuses on developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data preparation to model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python.

Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.

Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms based on project requirements.

Integrate AI/ML models into applications and existing systems.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business and technical requirements.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.

Prepare technical documentation, model evaluations, and performance reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and evaluation techniques.

Proven experience in training, testing, and deploying ML models.

Familiarity with REST APIs, version control systems (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI.

Knowledge of MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.

Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
