Python Developer (AI/ML Specialist)

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking talented Senior Python Developers with a background or interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLM, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions within the software domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML and LLM features and functionalities within our software products and communication platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ideate, plan, and execute AI-driven enhancements.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve various aspects of our software solutions, from customer interactions to process automation.
• Leverage AI/ML/LLM techniques to enhance user experience, optimize system performance, and enable intelligent decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML/LLM technologies and contribute insights to drive innovation within the organization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers on AI/ML/LLM best practices and implementation.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the software products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Python development with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, LLM and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in AI/ML/LLM frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, etc.
• Strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Previous experience in software solution development, SaaS platforms, or communication technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward tackling complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
