Position Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (AI/ML Model Validation) to join our cross-functional agile team. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems. As the quality expert, you’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver intelligent, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI/ML models
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Validate AI model performance and monitor drift with automated alert systems
• Conduct data quality assessments for training and inference datasets
• Implement contract and integration testing for microservices architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Identify, reproduce, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Improve test automation frameworks, processes, and AI/ML validation methods
• Perform chaos engineering and fault injection testing for service resilience
• Maintain test documentation, automation frameworks, and quality dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field
• 4+ years in Software QA with 2+ years in test automation
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• 1+ years testing AI/ML systems or data-driven applications
• Strong in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API testing (REST, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Passionate about Quality Assurance in AI/ML domains and continuous learning

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
