Python Web & AI/ML Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Web & AI/ML Developer with 4–5 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, passionate about solving complex problems, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

Integrate AI/ML solutions into web-based platforms with seamless user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, data science, and web technologies.

Communicate ideas clearly and proactively in team discussions, documentation, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–5 years of experience in Python development with a strong focus on web frameworks.

Hands-on experience with machine learning/deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application architecture.

Knowledge of database systems (SQL & NoSQL).

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Outstanding communication skills able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical and technical stakeholders and able to communicate with client

Nice to Have:

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.

Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with MLOps practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
