Python Developer with Hands-on Experience in FastAPI, Machine Learning, and AI (3+ Years Required)

As a Python Developer, you'll embark on thrilling projects harnessing cutting-edge AI and ML. You'll craft, implement, and maintain Python-based applications and algorithms driving our AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models and solutions.
• Write clean, efficient Python code.
• Perform data analysis and preprocessing for model development.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI and ML trends and tech.
• Optimize code for high-performance AI apps.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in machine learning/AI
• Proven expertise in handling end-to-end ML project lifecycles, from data processing to production deployment

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV etc. and API development using Flask, FastAPI etc
• Expertise in LangChain, Pinecone, Chromadb, OpenAI Functions, FAISS, and other tools for building RAG-based systems and mainstream agentic workflows for dynamic automation and contextual retrieval
• Strong experience with modern deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers (BERT, ViTs, GPT), GANs, Diffusion Models, and GNNs for diverse AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale model training and fine-tuning on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering techniques
• Familiarity with MLOps tools for model versioning, monitoring, and deployment (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
