Job Title: Senior Python Developer
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Working Hours: 6:00pm to 3:00am

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize backend applications and services that power our business platforms. This role requires expertise in Python frameworks, API development, and database management, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers while ensuring coding best practices and application reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• API Development & Integration: Build and optimize RESTful APIs; integrate third-party services to support business requirements.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize schemas, queries, and stored procedures in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• System Performance & Scalability: Identify bottlenecks, optimize code performance, and ensure system reliability at scale.
• Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Deployment & CI/CD: Support automation, testing, and deployment pipelines; manage source control using Git.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver robust solutions; mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend improvements to system design and development processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• o Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development.o Proven expertise with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.o Hands-on experience in backend architecture, APIs, and scalable application development.
• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.o Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization.o Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).o Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).o Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.What We Offer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
