QA Analyst

Location: Gulistan e Johar, Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)

Shift: Night (9pm-6am)

As we grow, we're looking for a meticulous and proactive QA Analyst to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
• Report bugs and track them through to resolution using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Collaborate with developers to understand features and resolve quality issues.
• Perform regression, smoke, and performance testing as needed.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and help improve testing processes.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand ups (Agile environment).
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of test results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA experience in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, REST APIs, or SQL is a bonus.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB or other QA certification.
• Experience testing SaaS, web apps, or mobile apps.
