Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) – Fresher/Entry-Level

Location: Sector 74, Phase 8B, Mohali
Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet the required standards and function correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing of software applications
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve defects
• Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions
• Help improve testing processes and quality standards

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
