The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Engineering team you will actively advocate for practices in data testing and quality assurance. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex data scenarios, mentor junior team members, and uphold standards in testing processes. This role allows you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance framework.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• 4-7 years of experience in data testing role preferred
• Familiarity with performance testing tools preferred
• Skilled in SQL and data integration processes
• Actively advocating for quality assurance standards
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Conducting root cause analysis for production bugs
• Managing test plans and peer reviews
• Maintaining transparency in release processes
• Familiarity with JIRA and Azure DevOps preferred
