Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
QA Engineer
with hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, and modern testing tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality by designing effective test strategies, automating workflows, and validating system integrations across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
test automation frameworks
for web and/or API testing.
Execute
manual and automated testing
including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Perform
API testing (pre and post-deployment)
to validate data integrity, performance, and system behavior.
Work with tools like
API Demons
for advanced API validation and automation.
Conduct testing using
Ezy Builder
, ensuring workflows, configurations, and business logic function as expected.
Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on product requirements.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects, ensuring proper resolution before release.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in
Quality Assurance (QA)
.
Strong hands-on experience with
test automation frameworks
(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Solid experience in
API testing
, including both pre-release and post-release validation.
Experience working with
API Demons
or similar API automation tools.
Hands-on experience with
Ezy Builder testing
.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
Basic knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience working in cloud-based environments.
