QA automation ( appium + Selenium)

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.

● Execute functionality, integration, regression, ad-hoc, and end-to-end testing.

● Manage the defect lifecycle from identification to resolution.

● Interface with clients to gather and clarify requirements.

● Provide accurate estimates for testing efforts and report progress.

● Lead and train team members, review their deliverables, and prepare knowledge transfer

documents.

● Prepare and present test execution and daily status reports.

● Coordinate with upstream and downstream systems to ensure integration.

● Analyze modules for issues and implement effective solutions.

● Maintain regression test suites to ensure optimal coverage.

● Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-up meetings.

● Self-learner and can work independently.

● Handling automation within assigned projects.

● Must have the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

● 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.

● Strong experience with web and mobile app technologies, including angular apps, web APIs,

android and IOS.

● Experience in retail, finance, and shopping portal testing.

● Experience in Automated testing of Web, API and Mobile applications.

● Hands on experience in Java or Python development and maintenance of Automation test suite.

● Experience in Selenium and Appium framework

● Proficient in using testing tools such as MTM (with Azure DevOps) and Jira.

● In-depth understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.

● Proven experience with Agile methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated and capable of working independently, ready to extend working hours if

necessary.

● Experience in any commercial automated testing tool will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
