QA Automation Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in automation and manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, load and performance testing, along with a solid foundation in manual testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
• Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing to validate application behavior.
• Conduct load and performance testing to identify system bottlenecks and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
• Ensure proper test coverage through creation and execution of detailed test cases.
• Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA (automation and manual testing).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• Strong experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in load and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
