QA Automation Lead

Cogent Labs is hiring a Quality Assurance Automation Lead for its Lahore office.

Must-Have

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Automation
• Proven experience defining and implementing QA and automation processes across teams
• Hands-on expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Pytest, Cypress, or equivalent)
• Experience in client requirement analysis and translating them into automated test strategies
• Established and led training programs for new QA engineers on automation best practices
• Standardized automation and quality control processes across multiple projects
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API automation, and test optimization

Good to Have

• Proficient in spot-checking automation code and mentoring team members
• Ability to define QA career paths and guide professional growth of team members
• Exposure to multiple domains and cross-platform projects
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of five or more engineers
