Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, specializing in automation frameworks and tools like Selenium and Cypress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing strategy, designing frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop automation testing strategies, ensuring robust and scalable test frameworks.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Enhance and optimize test coverage for web and mobile applications.
• Review, debug, and improve test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Mentor and guide the QA team in best automation testing practices.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work with development teams for quick resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Selenium, Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, Cucumber).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, integrating automation in Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with API automation using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with performance and security testing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Knowledge of containerization and microservices testing (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications are a plus.
