Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, log, and track bugs through to resolution using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, functional, and integration testing.
• Contribute to building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Participate in agile development processes such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve application usability and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
