QA Engineer

Job Summary:
Scopeyard Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests, identifying bugs, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
• Maintain and improve automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Analyze test results and suggest quality improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ year of QA or software testing experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing processes
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Proficient in Java or Python
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and TestNG
• Familiar with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
