Summary of the Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our agile team and take ownership of testing activities across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for both manual and automated testing, ensuring application health, validating code coverage, and supporting product implementation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in a dynamic environment.

In This Role You’ll

  • Participate in agile scrum teams and contribute to end-to-end testing across product implementations.

  • Review functional specifications and work across various requirement sources including JIRA, Confluence, wireframes, and FDDs.

  • Maintain application health through regular non-regression checks and automated test campaigns.

  • Track development progress, assess code coverage, and manage multiple software versions across platforms.

  • Communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, standards, and processes.

  • Hands-on experience in API testing for Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications using tools like SOAPUI, POSTMAN PRO, REST-ASSURED with XML/JSON.

  • Experience in UI/UX testing and automation using Selenium and Protractor frameworks, including script development and execution via Jenkins.

  • Proven ability to derive and execute complex functional scenarios, report test activities, and analyze backend logs.

  • Familiarity with agile practices and ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
