Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 1–3 years of experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Manual Testing (mandatory) along with working knowledge of Automation Testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through effective testing strategies and close collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Manual Testing of web and/or mobile applications (mandatory)
• Design, write, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing
• Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions
• Support and contribute to automation test scripts
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards are met before release

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing (Must Have)
• Working knowledge of Automation Testing tools (Selenium or equivalent)
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Experience with test case design and execution
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Knowledge of TestNG / JUnit
• Exposure to API testing tools (Postman)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹286,869.75 - ₹548,070.71 per year

Work Location: In person
