Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
* Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs to resolution.
* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure stability.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to understand system requirements and user stories.
* Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance standards and processes.
* Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to enhance the QA function.
* Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience in a software quality assurance role.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
* Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks).
* Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
