Job Title: QA Engineer
Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze software requirements and specifications
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform manual and basic automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure software products meet quality standards before release
• Maintain testing documentation and reports
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field (Computer Science, IT)
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Quality Assurance Engineer
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
• Hands-on experience with manual testing tools and techniques
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
