About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA Engineer with expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium and Cucumber, and hands-on experience or interest in integrating AI-driven testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber frameworks.
• Integrate AI-driven testing tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Analyze and debug test failures, identify root causes, and report defects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Participate in continuous integration (CI/CD) processes and ensure automated tests are part of the build pipeline.
• Research and recommend new AI-powered QA tools and approaches to improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber (BDD) framework.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Functionize, Mabl) or willingness to learn.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML model validation and testing.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
